It is inspiring to see how Pixar has structured everything from their office space to their management style to foster a collaborative creative environment. Remember in Algebra how important it was not only to arrive at the right answer, but to show your work? The process you take is just as important as what you produce at the outcome, because the process is what will ensure continued growth and maturity as an artist. Inspiration is not blind luck, it is something that is nurtured and developed and the team at Pixar has managed to continuously produce excellent and innovative work raising the bar of animation artistry and heart-felt storytelling.
It is worth studying the process they have developed to do what they do so well.
